Everything was great, the facility was in good condition, and it's a short walk to shops — max 10 minutes to the beach. It's also close to the TER station, so it's easy to hop over to Nice or Monaco :) No train noise at all, and despite being near a road, it was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. The price was absolutely worth it — great value for what you get. I'd recommend this apartment with no hesitation.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten dort gut selber kochen auch sonst war bei der Ausstattung alles zur Genüge vorhanden (Handtücher etc.) und was nicht da war hat uns der Host auf Anfrage vorbeigebracht.
Die Balkontüren haben nicht mehr richtig geschlossen das wollte der Vermieter aber ausbessern. Außerdem war die Deko teilweise recht alt und könnte mal entfernt/ausgetauscht werden.
