About this house rental
Located in the village of Altenbach at an altitude of 750m, this independent building will offer you a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the forest. Located on a plot of one hectare wooded and rural, this cottage is composed of a large living-dining room, a large bedroom (2 beds 160 * 200 and a sofa BZ 140 * 190), a mezzanine (2 beds 90 * 190), a beautiful kitchen and a bathroom (shower).
Outside, a terrace awaits you for your meals and moments of relaxation.
Many walks and hikes start from the cottage or its surroundings.
Come and share a moment out of time and the tumult of daily life, far from stress, from the "disconnection" break to recharge your batteries, feet in the forest and head in the clouds, as do the trees that surround the property.
Located in the Thur Valley, near Thann (departure from the Wine Route), close to Colmar and Mulhouse and the most beautiful typical Alsatian villages like Kaysersberg, Eguisheim, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé
5 minutes from Col Amic and the Route des Crêtes, near the Grand Ballon and the Markstein and its many Farms-Inns
At 20min, the Wesserling Park will offer you a visit to the heart of the Heritage and many activities.
30 min away, Lake Kruth-Wildenstein and its activities (pedal-swimming-Tree Adventure Park)
In Winter, find our warm and typical Christmas markets, the Markstein, Ventron or La Bresse ski slopes
In the fall, you can enjoy the beautiful shimmering and warm colors of the surrounding forest and the terrace listening to the roar of the deer.

...bis auf die Grillen. Mit der Familie (kleine Kinder) haben wir hier ein paar wunderbare Tage in der Natur mit ganz wenig ablenkung verbracht. Perfekt zum Spaziewrengehen, Schnitzeljagd veranstalten, Wandern oder auf den Grand Ballon laufen...

Excellent accueil de Dominique! Plein de bons conseils recus. Location aux lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée.
Si vous souhaitez être au calme, prêt de la forêt, juste en dessous du Grand Ballon (en voiture en moins de 15 mn), ce gîte est fait pour vous. Pour les accros au téléphone, la 4G fonctionne sur le village si vous le souhaitez. Fromagerie sur le village à recommander!
On serait bien resté plus longtemps.
