Great communication by the hosts, who were extremely kind and helpful in what was a very upsetting time for us (our stay was necessary due to an unexpected family bereavement). The apartment was ideal for our 2 night stay, central and very clean. It's in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is at the top of the building accessed via several flights of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us, but it could be if guests have mobility difficulties. The bathroom towels were gorgeous - bright white and fluffy. The bathroom is very modern with a walk in rain forest shower. The bed was very comfortable with a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The sofa bed was ideal for our adult daughter who said that it was very comfortable. Heating is centrally regulated by the hosts, the temperature was fine during our stay. Parking directly outside the front door or in the carpark opposite, both free. Very grateful to have found the property at such short notice and the hosts were really lovely, thank you Katy and Filippo.
The kitchen area was quite small and lacked any practical worktop space, which wasn't a problem for our short 2 night stay as we didn't cook any meals, but it may be an issue if you wanted to cook an evening meal each night. There wasn't a microwave oven or toaster, both of which might be useful kitchen additions. It would have been nice to have had a couple of wine glasses, as only tumblers provided. It might be helpful to provide instructions for the oven should people wish to use the oven/grill - we didn't, we ate out. The lighting in the lounge is quite bright so perhaps the addition of a couple of table lamps or a floor lamp might be nice to give the room a cosier feel. (All in all, not an issue for us, as our stay was not a holiday)

Appartamento molto bello fornito di tutto, situato in posizione centrale e vicino ai principali servizi; comodo per visitare l'umbria. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha risolto anche qualche piccolo inconveniente non dipendente da lei nonostante i giorni di festa.

Ottimo! A partire dall'accoglienza di katy la proprietaria, l'appartamento pulito, arredato con attenzione e gusto, ben riscaldato. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, ottimo materasso. Cucina attrezzata e posizione centrale.Lo consiglio assolutamente.
