L'appartamento è ristrutturato molto pulito e comodo con aria condizionata,situato nel centro di asciano. Il locatore disponibilissimo e gentile nell' appartamento ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di chianti e in frigorifero acqua fresca che non è scontato! Lo consiglio vivamente.

Exact City centre in Asciano, convenient to have a lil walk to some bars and restaurant, Alessandro, the owner, was very kind and attentive to suggest us where to park and where to reserve a dinner table! Apartment is in an historical building, super clean and cozy, we really enjoyed the stay.

Sehr sauber, neu und ordentlich ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sogar eine Flasche sehr guter Rotwein aus der Region stand für uns bereit.😀👍

La casa è ristrutturata da poco. Si trova al centro di Asciano sul corso principale. La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta. Alessandro (host) fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno via mail e whatsapp. Il parcheggio é abbastanza vicino ma si può arrivare cmq davanti per lasciare le borse. La vista sul chiostro interno è molto caratteristica. Il prezzo è molto favorevole.
La ristrutturazione ha trascurato gli infissi che lasciano passare il suono della campana tutta la notte ogni mezz'ora (non tutti sono abituati). Non è stato previsto un impianto di riscaldamento ma solo due condizionatori che d inverno rendono l aria troppo secca. È presente un camino ma non è possibile utilizzarlo per motivi di lavori e restrizioni legali. La doccia perde acqua...
