Un appartement à chérir
Le Clos Lingon surprenait par son espace, une terrasse privée dans un grand jardin, une cuisine bien outillée. La gare de Mâcon-Ville et un Carrefouir City sont pas loin, juste 10-12 minutes à pied, J'étais agréablement supris pas le calme et l'attention des hôtes. Pour moi, c'était un petit trésor dans le Bourgogne.
La douche et le lavabo un tout petit peu serree.

Worst experience in France, Discrimination
Nuestra experiencia fue horrible, soy una psicóloga que trabaja en línea y estaba viajando a París. Decidí con mis amigos hacer una escapada y quedarnos el fin de semana, somos de nacionalidad colombiana. Cuando llegamos al apartamento, el dueño nos recibió, nos miró raro y nos preguntó por nuestro origen a lo que respondimos que éramos colombianos. Apenas llevábamos 10 minutos dentro del apartamento cuando por mensaje de Booking nos dijo que él y su esposa no querían que nos quedáramos allí, nos pidió que desalojáramos y nos dijo que evitáramos problemas con su esposa, algo que tomamos como una especie de amenaza a nuestra integridad. Le pedimos respetuosamente que cancelara nuestra reserva y nos devolviera el dinero que habíamos pagado para irnos y buscar otro lugar donde alojarnos. El propietario se negó a devolvernos el dinero e insistió en que abandonáramos su apartamento. Decidimos ponernos en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking, atendieron nuestra petición, enviaron al propietario un correo electrónico para solicitar la cancelación de la reserva y el reembolso, a lo que se negó. Más tarde, nos escribe pidiéndonos que cancelemos la reserva para poder disponer de nuevo del alojamiento, cuando no quería permitir que nos quedáramos y no quería devolvernos el dinero. Es simplemente un acto de discriminación por nuestro origen y es bastante desagradable tener que vivir este tipo de experiencias cuando buscamos aprender y conocer otras culturas, nos vamos con una mala imagen de la sociedad de aquí, es triste. Perdimos el dinero de la reserva, pero lo más ofensivo es que nos desalojaron simplemente por los prejuicios de las mujeres de nuestro país, es lamentable.
Our experience was horrible, I am a psychologist who works online and I was traveling to Paris. I decided with my friends to take a break and stay for the weekend, we are Colombian nationals. When we arrived at the apartment, the owner greeted us, looked at us strangely and asked about our origin to which we answered that we were Colombian. We had only been inside the apartment for 10 minutes when by Booking message he told us that he and his wife did not want us to stay there, he asked us to vacate and told us to avoid problems with his wife, something that we took as a kind of threat to our integrity. We respectfully asked him to cancel our reservation and refund the money we had paid to leave and get another place to stay. The owner refused to give us a refund and insisted that we leave his apartment. We decided to contact Booking customer service, they took our request, sent the owner an email to request the cancellation of the reservation and refund which he refused. Later, he writes to us requesting that we cancel the reservation so that he can have the accommodation available again, when he did not want to allow us to stay and did not want to give us a refund. It is simply an act of discrimination because of our origin and it is quite unpleasant to have to live this kind of experience when we are looking to learn and know other cultures, we leave with a bad image of the society here, it is sad. We lost the money for the reservation, but the most offensive thing is that we were evicted simply because of the prejudices of the women of our country, it is unfortunate.
