Location is great. Nice to have a lift. The apartment was quiet with some noise from the street downstairs but not too bad.

The lockbox is confusing as there were 2 hanging on the bannister next to the entrance with coincidentally the same code showing that we had been given but ours was on a lamppost 20 meters away. There were no wine glasses in the apartment. We were in danger of the toilet paper running out and one night we got locked out of the inner door with no solution in sight. By pure chance 2 girls were visiting their friend in the apartment and they were able to call him and he came down to unlock the door. No idea how we would’ve gotten in if they hadn’t arrived. All these queries were communicated with the host who merely replied, thanks for letting us know they’ll make the next guest’s experience better. So you’ll have better luck if you’re booking after us. Absolutely pointless having the host contact details if they are not able to deal with any problems. The apartment needs a deep clean in the living area, as we were searching for a dropped earring, all kinds of debris under the sofa were uncovered.
