Gute Lage, schöne helle Räume, Küche gut ausgestattet
Toilette dreckig, Dusche ohne Wasserdruck ( Armatur defekt), direkt vor der Tür Straßenbahn ( laut ) keine durchgängig Couch ( zwei Sessel )

Die Lage war gut, gleich um die Ecke ein toller Bäcker und die Wohnung hat eine große Dachterrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und auch zwei Sonnenliegen. Ausstattung ist ok! Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht und gut geschlafen. Die Betten sind bequem.
Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten das Appartement zu finden. Es liegt im Hinterhof. Dieser liegt voll Sperrmüll u.a.alte Toilettenschüsseln, sieht sehr ungepflegt aus. Nach nochmaligem Telefonat haben wir unsere Unterkunft gefunden. Es war das Zeichen der Vermietung an der Außentür. Leider war am nächsten Morgen auch kein warmes Wasser da, so dass wir ungeduscht unseren Heimweg antreten mussten. Wir würden dieses Appartement nicht mehr buchen.
