Access to beach and parking. Everything within 10 minute drive, outlets and restaurants.
Only negative was figuring out where to enter to park the first day. I had to turn around and back up on busy road 3 times before finding correct entrance. This could be easily solved by stating on your instructions to enter parking at Seascape entrance. I thought my building was majestic sun and didn’t realize all buildings and shops were owned by Seascape.
