The property looked really good, was spacious, and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were also very comfortable, and having AC was a great plus. The property was quiet and made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The only thing we found a little inconvenient was that the cleaning ladies hadn’t quite finished cleaning when we arrived. They still needed around another 15 minutes to finish cleaning. It wasn’t a major issue for us, though, and we were happy to wait. Overall, it didn’t affect our stay, and everything was fine once the cleaning was completed.

Было чисто, уютно, большая студия , где есть все удобства , теплая вода , кондиционер, холодильник , кофе машина ! Всё что нам было нужно
Лично мне, не было удобно спать на мягкой кровати, я не привыкла , моему парню было ок ! По этому на любителя Не было балкона или красивого вида из окна .

Muito bem localizado, próximo à estação Trindade. Prédio com elevador, comunicação fácil com o anfitrião. Apartamento excelente, confortável, com bom espaço do quarto e do banheiro. Voltaria a me hospedar!
Poucas tomadas perto da cama. Prestem atenção nas taxas que são incluídas na diária, que acabam sendo maiores que o valor cobrado pelo apartamento (no meu caso, as taxas eram o dobro do valor da diária) - talvez essa seja uma estrategia dos proprietários para fugir um pouco dos valores retidos pela Booking.
