We had a very comfortable stay at this Colombo homestay. The property provided us with a private and independent living space, including a separate bedroom, washroom, small dining area, and kitchen facilities. It felt more like having our own home rather than staying in a typical accommodation.
The place was well equipped with essential amenities, including a refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee and tea-making items, sugar, glasses, plates, and other useful necessities. The room was comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful and safe. Having parking facilities on the ground floor was also a great convenience.
The host was very responsible, helpful, and flexible. They provided clear instructions about the location, nearby places to visit, and everything we needed for a smooth stay. We appreciated the freedom and privacy provided throughout our stay.
There were a few areas that could be improved, such as the cleanliness in some places and the air conditioning, which was not cooling as effectively as expected. However, the fan provided made it manageable.
Overall, this homestay offered excellent value for money. The independent space, safety, facilities, and helpful hosting made it a great choice for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Colombo.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The room was large and cozy, and the kitchen had enough equipment. The host was wonderful and very helpful. An ideal option for a budget-friendly stay.
Overall good stay, but the cleanliness could be improved.

Very nice clean apartment, better then I expected. I liked the district, calm and green. Next door there is a supermarket where you can buy hot food (rice, goreng, kotti, curry), food is good. Nearby is also a nice lake :) Owner is super friendly and polite.
Wi-fi sometimes was not working in one room
