The place was very clean, and the staff were helpful.
I experienced an issue when I entered my room and went to take a shower, only to discover that there were no towels in the bathroom. When I called reception to inform them that my room had no towels, I was told that towels are provided only upon guest request. This is not acceptable to me, as basic hospitality standards require towels to be readily available in the room. Later, a housekeeping staff member brought me only one towel, which was also insufficient.

من النظافة وحسن الاستقبال إلى العمال مريحة
الأخ المناوب آخر الليل حيث اتصلت من الهاتف كذا مره ولم يرد عليه احد واضطررت انزل من الدور الثالث علشان اسال عن كلمة مرور الشبكة وللأسف 3 مرات يعطيني الرقم غلط وبالاخر قابلت العامل واعطاني الرقم الصحيح سبحان الله

مجرد أخرى الي اخذ أغراض يلغي المفتاح واطلع وانزل خداعنا بالبوكنج ان هذا تقييم عالي وهوصغير
