The place was very clean, and the staff were helpful.
I experienced an issue when I entered my room and went to take a shower, only to discover that there were no towels in the bathroom.
When I called reception to inform them that my room had no towels, I was told that towels are provided only upon guest request. This is not acceptable to me, as basic hospitality standards require towels to be readily available in the room.
Later, a housekeeping staff member brought me only one towel, which was also insufficient.

الغرفة ليس فيها ادوات طبخ مثل السخان والماء والسكر والشاي. وكذلك لايوجد في الحمام مناشف او صابون.
كلها تم طلبها بعد الدخول
