Guests can indulge in the shared swimming pool (10m x 5m) alongside the owners, accompanied by comfortable deckchairs. A delightful terrace provides a perfect spot for outdoor gatherings. The house is between Cadillac and Podensac in the Graves vineyard and 5 minutes from the prestigious Sauternes vineyard. A beautiful wine route with hilly landscapes of vineyards and beautiful villages to cross. Nearby you can visit the famous Saint Emilion (medieval city) 40 km away and cross the vineyard of L'Entre Deux Mers. Please note that the owners reside onsite in an adjoining house and share the swimming pool.
