Appartement assez grand et bien agencé. Grande chambre avec lit confortable. Salon avec canapé et télé bien meublé. Petite cuisine avec assez de vaisselle pour 2. Salle de bain avec toilette bien grande. Il y a un balcon aussi et la climatisation dans la chambre et le salon. La personne qui nous a reçus était très aimable et il y avait 3 bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo parfait pendant cette chaleur étouffante. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le quartier est correct à 15 minutes à pied de la gare de trains et routière mais il faut traverser un quartier très sale et pollué pour y arriver. Ce n'est pas dans le centre mais c'est très bien pour aller à la gare. Naples n'est pas propre de toutes façons, beaucoup de déchets partout. La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas facile à ouvrir. Il faudrait des torchons dans la cuisine et dégivrer le congélateur. Mis à part ces détails, le logement est très bien propre et bien organisé.

Ja, dritter Stock, kein Lift, doch das schafft man easy. Dusche etwas kompliziert, aber: funktioniert. Dann aber: gutes Bett, reichlich Platz, fast alles, was man braucht (siehe unten), sauber - und sehr fairer Preis

einen neuen Korkenzieher könnte es brauchen.

However, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe, especially during the evenings. Proximity to a nearby church added charm, but mornings were often disrupted by a neighbor's child yelling loudly and for long time. Inside the apartment, the shower was partially broken, missing a section of the glass wall, which made it impossible to close. The most significant issue was the main entrance to the building; it was extremely challenging to open from the outside. On multiple occasions, we waited over 15 minutes to gain entry, relying on neighbors or passersby to let us in. This raised security concerns, especially when unfamiliar individuals claimed residency and accessed the building. Despite these issues, the apartment was affordable, offering basic amenities suitable for budget-conscious travelers. With some improvements in maintenance and security, it could provide a more comfortable stay.

Communication with the host was confusing. We contacted a woman via WhatsApp who assured us she would be waiting, but upon arrival, we were always met by an older gentleman who spoke limited English. However confusing, the contact with owners/managers was quite smooth - we didn't require much tho, and we speak Italian.
