Zentrale Lage zum Radfahren, sowie Wandern

Leider Ostbalkon, daher am Mittag im Schatten. Keine Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten vorm Haus ( keine Fahrradständer oder ähnliche Möglichkeiten Keller sehr eng und für e- Bikes nicht geeignet, da man nur über Treppen in den Keller gelangt und einer muss die Eisentür aufhalten, keine Fixierung vorhanden
