Functional and comfortable, but in a not so nice area.

Comfortable beds, everything worked properly in kitchen, bathroom. There was shampoo and soap in shower. There were 2 sets of keys. Balcony was nice.

The photos posted here were of another unit in same building, sofa arm and bedroom chair were broken. Bathroom vent was dirty and a cockroach came out one day. For a group of 4, we would have loved a second toilet. I think the stay was a bit too expensive for the area (which was not very nice) but I understand it was peak season.

This was a perfect spot for a group vacation to Paris!

The apartments were well appointed, spacious, Updated/renovated-as beautiful as the pictures on their website. There were gathering spaces in two of the apartments that were perfect for socializing. We booked 3 apartments in this building for our 19 family members. It was excellent value for the size and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations and suspected it would be more cramped in Paris. The location was excellent for us-it was less than a 5 minute walk to the Metro, which was a 20-25 minute ride into the city centre.

I have a 9 for location only because it is 20 minutes from city centre, but really given the proximity to metro, restaurants and grocery stores in the neighbourhood, I could have given it a 10.

Would stay there again

We enjoyed our 3 days. The studio was small but clean, only 5 minutes walking from the subway. I would book it again. Also the price was very reasonable for Paris. The neighbourhood does't have nice traditional buildings, but it was clean and everybody was friendly.

Only thing I liked less was the matras (quite soft), but that is just my opinion.

Comfortable stay, saf

The apartment is located very close to the M7 stop of Kremlin-Bicêtre, not central but very well connected to the city centre thanks to the M7. Apart from that, the apartment was very nice, clean and fully equipped. Just a few steps away there is a big shopping mall with a huge Auchan supermarket which was very convenient and of excellent quality. The check-in was a piece of cake. We got all the necessary instruction per WhatsApp and it went quite smoothly. We also felt very safe as there are several doors for which you need a key fob.

I found the location not very central but that disadvantage was totally made up by the good shopping facilities and the high standard of the apartment.

Cozy Stay with a Friendly Host

Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and a great size for 1–2 people. The kitchen is super handy if you’re staying a few days or even longer. Bathroom was nice and everything felt well-kept. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro, so you’re only 20–30 minutes from the heart of Paris. Mr Benjamin was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and made settling in really easy, even providing us with free Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine ;) Definitely coming back next time we’re in Paris!

We had the best time!

It was so tidy and clean. Fresh towels and cleaning products available. The dishwasher was also fantastic with our big family. Beds were comfy, nice hot showers. The property manager Benjamin was amazing, lots of recommendations and even on check out he was helping us with our travels.

5 mins to metro', 20mins in to town, and right next to a shopping centre with parking!

Small mix up on lock box for keys, but host sorted within an hour and offered to pick up lunch while we waited; it was easier to use the time to get our Metro cards.

There's some renovations going on in the area, so building works and dust outside; including a restaurant at the end of the street. Come 2026 this place is going to be really nice!

It is a good place to stay while visiting Paris; nothing special, neither bad.

The apartment is simple, clean and comfortable, nothing special neither bad about it. There are many facilities in the apartment and I appreciated the presence of some cleaning products. The apartment is located in an anonymous residential area, yet decent and safe with many shops around (mainly Arabic and Turkish ones), and very close to a metro station and a nice shopping mall. The host shared plenty of tips to get the best from the area.

Perhaps a bit expensive for an apartment in the suburban of Paris. It would be better to have the air conditioning.

very bad experience not worth of money we paid

Appartment was full of dust and stains on the floor very compact as was shown on pics if you see it looked big sitting rooms and bigger rooms and bathrooms all pics had been made in photoshop . i had seen much other options then thought on pics would have been beter but unfortunately not when we entered apptmnt was very bad smell and rainwater was standing on the balcony. the money we paid about 1k was not worth of it .

Perfect.

The property was very close to the metro station, which made transportation very easy. It was extremely clean and everything we might need was thoughtfully provided. There were also restaurants, markets, and similar places nearby. Everything was perfect during our stay. Thank you for everything, Benjamin!

Beats a hotel!

Benjamin is an extremely helpful property manager - very attentive and responsive. (He told me about the only grocery store in the area that was open on the Sunday evening I arrived.) The apartment had everything I needed, was modern and clean, and is really convenient for the Metro

A clean and cosy apartment

Very cosy, clean with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good communication with and support by the owners. Close to various means of public transport with easy access to the major sights of the centre of Paris. A nice little mall just around the corner added ease to our stay.

We didn't particularly like the neighborhood and the restaurants nearby. We also found the apartment a little bit expensive for the location.

Great apartment with a great host.

Loved our stay as a family of 3. Elevator in the building, nice balcony and building felt secure. Host was excellent and we appreciated all of the hospitality he gave us. The only thing that would make this even better would be a blanket for the couch and maybe a towel rack for the bathroom. Plenty of coffee, tea and other condiments you might need. If noise bothers you the walls are pretty thin and the upstairs neighbor was very loud, we brought a sound machine so we were able to drown out most of the sound. Still a great stay and comfortable bedding after a long day.

Great stay, will come back!

+ Very comfortable studio in a very convenient location. + Pictures on Booking.com are very consistent with the real room, no surprises. + Metro station is a couple of minutes away, bus stops are even closer. + A small shopping mall just nearby. + The host is very friendly and gives precise instructions; I could get into my room in a few minutes. + The room is clean and nice, everything you need for a short stay is available. + The kitchen has basic utensils and you get some salt, seasoning, olive and cooking oil, so that you can cook breakfast and even a basic dinner, if you like. + Staying at L'escapade really gives you the feeling of the studio life of a Parisien, which is quite nice. + Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for 4 nights. There was no cleaning during my stay, which is actually OK. Coffee, toiletries etc. were stacked in sufficient amounts, but I would have liked new towels, at least once. This said, my host, Benjamin was very polite and helpful, and I'm sure he would have provided me with new towels, if I had asked.

Nice apartment with kitchenette near Paris

Location is good next to shopping mall and few halal restaurants/shops nearby. Parking available inside compound but on first come first serve basis. Alternatively you could arrange in advance daily parking in the basement of the mall at 10€ per day.

Appartement très bien situé et parfait pour visiter Paris.

L’emplacement proche du métro 7, d’un grand centre commercial. La facilité du check-in et check-out. Consommables à disposition à notre arrivée (quelques capsules expresso, produits vaisselle, éponge, savon en suffisance…)

Pas de four dans la cuisine. Peu de couverts et vaisselles, il faut faire la vaisselle après chaque repas. Verrière très mal isolée et radiateurs électriques ne marche pas dans la salle et bruyant dans les chambres.

Ik had alle aanwijzingen om de sleutel uit een sleutelkastje op te halen...Bij aankomst was de host in de gang aan het werk en hij heeft me dan de sleutel zelf gegeven.

kleine puntjes van hygiëne, waterkoker was aangekalkt het keukengerief was niet echt proper enz. Maar dit was zeker niet in de mate dat het vuil is.

Pokój z podstawowym wyposażeniem oraz wygodnym dojściem do metra i autobusu.

Pokój raczej mały. Automatyczne rolety, okno wychodzące na ślepą ulicę. W nocy dość głośno bywa,. Dwa krzesła ogrodowe i stolik. Meble zupełnie różnych stylów. Ekspres na kapsułki. Łazienka wyposażona w podstawowe rzeczy. Przypadkowe szampony i mydła najtańsze. Na zdjęciu wyglądało dużo lepiej.

Brak naczyń, zmywarki, kapsułek do kawy, herbaty, segregacja śmieci ale bez pojemników. Niepasujące do siebie meble i agd. Brak objaśnień jak otwierają się drzwi. Jak na standardy polskie to słabo.,

O host é o segredo do apartamento. Pessoa especializada em Turismo e faz toda a diferença na gestão do imóvel. O imóvel em si é espetacular. Ficamos num apartamento com jardim , que parece casa. Isso em Paris é uma joia rara. Gostamos de tudo: do apartamento, da localização, da limpeza, das facilidades dentro do apartamento.

Gostamos de tudo. Único item que sugerimos uma mudança é o tamanho do box, do chuveiro, é apertado. O banheiro é bem grande e confortável, fica a sugestão de aumentar um pouco o espaço interno do box do chuveiro.

綺麗で施設が新しい。テラスも室内の家具もおしゃれ、キッチン、ソファ、ベッドもよかった。シャッターも自動でエレベーターも大きいしスーパーや肉屋も近くて便利。また、ホストが返信が早くて親切。おすすめです。夏日も扇風機で問題なく涼しく過ごせます！冷蔵庫も冷凍庫もきちんとあって最高でした。

シャワーで水漏れ、でも拭けば問題ない。テラスは虫がいたから利用を控えたけど、とてもおしゃれで虫除けスプレーがあれば素敵なテラス時間を過ごせると思いました。マイナス面もよりもプラスが多くて満点をつけました！

Ottima posizione, ma con qualche manc anza...

L'appartamento è in posizione strategica, comodo per fare la spesa, per raggiungere i mezzi di trasporto pubblici e anche per i ristoranti. Inoltre, è ubicato in una via chiusa al traffico e quindi molto silenzioso. Il balcone provvisto di tavolino e poltroncine ed affacciato su una zona verde è molto gradevole e gli spazi interni sono ben distribuiti. Comodi i letti nelle camere.

L'appartamento, pur essendo fornito di un ventilatore per ciascuna camera, è risultato non sufficientemente areato. Suggeriamo un terzo ventilatore per la sala, anche perché le finestre non si possono tenere aperte in quanto mancano le zanzariere. L'attrezzatura per la cucina ed il tavolo e le sedie da pranzo risultano di modeste dimensioni e di scarsa comodità (per tre persone). Inoltre, le ventole di aspirazione non erano funzionanti né nel bagno (cieco) né in cucina. Infine, il divano letto è risultato appena discreto come comodità e dimensioni.
