Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem sehr gepflegt.

-Posizione -Tranquillità della zona -Varia scelta di spiagge nei dintorni -Vista mare
-Presenza di insetti nell’appartamento(moltissime formiche) -Materasso durissimo -Cattivo odore persistente di scarico proveniente dal bagno -Infissi non ben sigillati,specialmente nella zona della porta di ingresso(entrano insetti) -Assenza di prodotti basilari per la pulizia della casa -Sistema della raccolta differenziata parecchio scomoda(bisogna andare nella zona rifiuti sopra il parcheggio). Perchè non fare la raccolta direttamente davanti alla porta di casa? -Assenza dei diversi bidoni per differenziare i rifiuti(avevamo solo il contenitore del secco e dell’umido) In generale le critiche negative sono fatte considerando soprattutto il costo della struttura. Bastano poche attenzioni per rendere il soggiorno più gradevole.
