Schöne Gegend, leider zu weit von London entfernt, Dachterrasse sehr schon, Klimasysteme in der oberen Etage zum Arbeiten. Die Rezeption gibt keine Hilfe, der Vermiter ist nicht vor Ort, hoffen Sie, das sie keine Hilfe benötigen, denn selbst nach 8 Tagen hat es keiner geschafft, das Wlan zu reparieren und am Ende errinnert sich der Kundenservice auch nicht mehr daran.

Keine Klimaanlage bei über 30 Grad im Zimmer,Fenster ließen sich nicht öffen, Aussicht war bei diesem Zimmer nicht vorhanden (siehe Bild), Waschmaschine löst sicherung aus, TV-Gerät Kabel war nicht angeschlossen, zweiten Schlüssel gab es erst auf erneutes Anfragen, Wlan hat nicht funktioniert, kein Service 8 Tage lang, Telefonsupport hat nichts gebracht.

Location was convenient and I loved the view of all the greenery.

It was just basic

Good location. Across from a Starbucks and a co op. 15 minutes from wembley stadium. A nice splash pad area downstairs for the kids during the heatwave and a playground as well. The river was next to it as well so it was a really nice place to stay. Really nice apartment complex

The bolt on the door didn’t work so you couldn’t lock the door from the inside and so the littles kept trying to open the door. Not very safe! Also if you stay during hot days, the blinds are really annoying as the metal bar hits the walls from the open windows and it’s really loud banging. They don’t supply any cleaning supplies like kitchen roll or tea towels for cleaning up messes or even a sponge to wash things in the sink. Not really nice because if you only stay a couple days you have to buy your own then end up throwing away things are practically brand new. An hour drive to central London, so not super close.
