De ruimte, de praktische keuken, de hoeveelheid licht die door de grote ramen naar binnen valt, het ruime balcon met zonnescherm, de parkeerplaats, de lift.
Eigenlijke niets, misschien een magnetron.

Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort (raramente ho trovato strutture così fornite), pulito, in una posizione tranquilla e strategica per visitare l'Alsazia. Letti comodissimi con super topper.
Joel, il proprietario, anche a distanza è stato sempre disponibile e accogliente, anche parlando la nostra lingua. Ci ha fatto trovare persino una bottiglia di spumante e dei cioccolatini! I miei bambini non volevano andar via. Lo consiglio e spero di poterci tornare.
Qualche asciugamani in più e un microonde porterebbero alla perfezione!

Ein modernes Appartement airbnb in einem neuen Wohnhaus am Stadtrand von Bergheim (kein Bezug zum historischen Ortskern - der ist 1 km entfernt). Modern - aber für uns steril, unbehaglich, unkomfortabel. Küchenzeile in der Wohnküche neu, modern, gut ausgestattet. Wohnraum und beide Schlafzimmer karg möbliert. Kein Schrank. Wenig Ablagen. Bad modern, dunkle Beleuchtung, keine Ablagen - außer Waschmaschine.
Günstige Lage für Erkundung Elsass.
Eigentümer in der Schweiz, aber kurzfristig gut erreichbar.
no go: Appartement war bei Ankunft 19 Uhr nicht gereinigt / bezugsfertig - "das erste mal". Baustellen mehrerer Häuser in Nachbarschaft mit Baulärm ab 7:30 Uhr direkt neben dem Haus - gewiss nur vorübergehend, aber für uns störend. In der Beschreibung kein Hinweis, dass der Postkasten mit dem Schlüssel am Rand vom Parkplatz ist. (im dunkeln ist gut suchen)
