St Louis House near Arch and Ballpark Village

Very spacious! The decor was simple but very tasteful. I traveled with my 4 kids and the kitchen was perfect for our meals. It's very well stocked, great layout, loved the island. The whole place was very clean. We weren't on top of each other, had plenty of space for luggage, and spreading out to rest. We really liked that there were bathrooms on both floors and that we had access to their washer & dryer. No issues at all with parking, nice and close to the door, and the location was fantastic for jumping on to the I-55 and getting anywhere in STL. We mostly spent time downtown and it was so short, fast, and easy, I didn't mind making trips back and forth.

The owners updated their living room furniture which eliminated the sofa bed listed, so we lost bedding space we needed. However, they were very apologetic and made things right. We were able to make adjustments and avoid finding alternative lodging. They intend to update their listing info. The new couch was nice and had recliners on the ends so it was probably more comfortable than the original.

The space, the location, the cleanliness. It was neat and tidy. Had everyrhing we required with slight exceptions depending on personal preferences eg. A kettle.

Communicated directly to hosts. 8A kettle would be a nice to have especially if one does not like using a microwave to boil water.
