Alles Top! Die Freundlichkeit, die Sauberkeit, die Lage, der Parkplatz und der Service das Montag, Mittwoch und Freitag die Wohnung gereinigt wird.

Lokalita je perfektní, uličkou mezi domy je to cca 100 m k moři, žádné schody. Parkování je pohodlné a přímo s výjezdem na magistrálu. Hezký výhled na moře z balkónků, my měli v ložnici jeden a obývacím pokoji také jeden. Pro méně mobilní apartmánový dům je vybaven výtahem. Pokoje byli uklízeny po dobu našeho pobytu 3x s výměnou ručníků, vytřením podlah a vynesením odpadkového koše a 1 x s výměnou ložního povlečení. V domě se nachází 6 apartmánů. Villa 3M se nachází na konci obce Tučepi, my to chápali jako výhodu, protože pláž v době našeho pobytu nebyla přeplněná tak, jako v centru, kde jsou restaurace, obchody a hotely. Krásný, čistý a pohodlný apartmán, jak místo tak i ubytování předčilo naše očekávání a určitě se vrátíme zase.
Nemáme žádné výtky k ubytování.
