I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel The rooms very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The food was fresh and the overall atmosphere felt warm and homely. I truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, making this one of the best hotel I have visited. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay. I will definitely come back again!

The property has nice outdoors with parts of the Dal Lake right next to it. Also it is in a prime locality, just 2-3 km from Lal Chowk. The staff was friendly as well
The room was clean and tidy but the bed and the bedding could have been much better. It looked as if they weren't changed for days. Also the bed seemed to be broken.
