Es muy cómodo, limpio, tiene aire acondicionado, cercano a estación Chamartín y a paradas de metro, en Uber se tarda poco para ir a Gran Vía, etc.
La poca presión que sale del grifo del baño y lo complicado que me ha resultado ducharme con agua caliente (por falta de conocimiento de manejo del tipo de ducha o por fallo de caldera)

La presión del agua que llega al baño, no es suficiente. En la ducha no regula bien el agua caliente y fría.Incomodo ducharse.Se avisa al propietario, para que lo solucione.
