Buransh Terraces by The Blue Kite - Luxury 3 & 4BHK Villas with Mountain View, Caretaker & Kitchen

I think the best part of the villa was the Staff and Services provided by them (always helping and willing to provide any help required). Huge place with 7 rooms however needs to be well maintained. Location is nice but very secluded. There are 2 Villas in the property. The Villa with 4 Bedrooms is made much better the other 3 bedroom Villa. Weather got really nice (windy and cold). Balcony and sit-out area in the Villa are amazing. Rooms and bathrooms are nicely made.

Firstly Geyser's installed in the property are for very less quantity (Litres) secondly Showers don't work (no pressure at all). Found Cockroach (tiny) in couple of rooms. Door in one of the bathroom does not close. In 3 Bedroom Villa all the sliding doors do not close and anybody can enter the Villa any time without even knocking at the door, you could only lock the room however any person can access the room through common balcony as the sliding doors can't be locked from inside. Lots of Steps not suitable for old age people or with any problem to climb stairs. Since no aircons in the Villa it becomes difficult to spend sunny days in the Villa it gets really hot inside the Villa.
