Atendimento foi horrível, tudo mau explicado. Mantém que possui nota fiscal , precisa implorar para enviar e a nota fiscal não é de hospedagem e de serviço de escritório! Ou seja totalmente inútil!

A localização era boa e o quarto era bem espaçoso.
Quando chegamos não havia nenhuma luz no andar debaixo funcionando, o que me obrigou a comprar lampadas novas. O lugar parece um apartamento que já foi muito bom há 20 anos atrás e foi abandonado, com poucos móveis e pouca manutenção. Além disso, há diversos avisos gigantescos sobre multa que contribuem para gerar um clima ruim, parecido com cativeiro. A hidromassagem não tinha motor funcionando também.
