The Pines

The house was amazing for what we needed. We needed a large house with enough bathrooms for a wedding party to get dressed! The house has 3 double rooms with en-suite, a massive twin room with a bathroom opposite, the master bedroom is insane with a double bed, large shower and toilet and a balcony overlooking the garden. You then have a single room downstairs, and a w/c. The kitchen is huge with a separate utility room. We took our own plates, and cups as was easier for us! The lounge is great with the pool table, lots of seating, projector and sound system. The grounds are lovely and the goats are an extra surprise which we loved! Loads of parking and was perfect location for what we needed! James is very responsive and allowed an early check in and late check out for us as well! Very happy!!

The single room downstairs has a bathroom which can’t be used as it is being used as a storage room, but this was ok for us, as this room was not being used.

The size and space of the property is incredible! It is a beautiful home.

The pool table and goats ! Lovely touch leaving 2 bottles of wine and a fan!

The house was both spacious and cozy- perfect for family get togethers we celebrated my mother in laws 50th birthday The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed The garden was beautiful and the bbq was great - baby goat at the bottom of the garden was an unexpected highlight - was so lovely to see the three goats running around the garden in the mornings Pool table was an absolute hit we lost count of how many games we played
