The house was central to the coast and the New Forest, perfect for exploring. There were lots of shops and places to eat nearby. It was spacious with places to sit outside in the garden and a pool table for fun.
An information booklet would be helpful outlining recycling requirements. I came prepared with my own guide and looked up information from the council so it was no problem.

The size of the property is great for large groups, comfortable beds, clean rooms and pool table was great.
Being able to bring the dog was a bonus.
Wasn’t aware owner lived on site - main photo not up to date. Few repairs need to be addressed ie locks on bedrooms, dishwasher door catching plinth, handles on pans and providing enough cutlery (8 people staying and only 7 forks) would have liked to use the BBQ however this was filfhy.
Basic instructions for using tech equipment and recycling would have helped.

My family have just returned from a 3 day stay at The Pines for Christmas. We had a brilliant time! The house is very spacious and modern and has a lovely homely feel to it. The Christmas decs were also great. James was on hand to answer any queries we had and responded very quickly. We would definitely return to the house and would recommend it to anyone looking for a family/friends break, close to the New Forest and the beach.
The thermostat in the en suite shower of the front pink bedroom wasn’t working so was boiling hot but didn’t matter too much to us as there are plenty of other showers to use.

I hired this house for 1 night and it was the perfect place to celebrate my 18th! Not only was the house beautifully presented and clean, the host was so accommodating and answered any queries straight away. Downstairs a main attraction was the pool table which created the perfect party atmosphere, the living area had a huge comfortable sofa fitting many people. There were many comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms sleeping a large group of people; majority of the bedrooms even had on suites. I couldn't have had a better stay and James was a perfect host, I would highly recommend.

Lovely house. Well decorated. Lovely big reception rooms and kitchen. 5 good bedrooms and bathrooms.
Very helpful owners. Friendly and efficient. Garden was amazing with the goats an added bonus.
Bedroom 6 very disappointing. Not suitable for adults.
Bathroom 6 was not a bathroom. It was a toilet with a sink. A cloakroom.
Appliances in the kitchen not clean on the inside.
Everywhere else spotless

What a great property, so much space in the garden for sports and relaxing.
Lots of space in the bedrooms and a great very social living room

The house is a good size for a large family gathering and there is plenty of parking. I liked that there were plenty of bathrooms and the beds were quite comfortable.
There were no instructions for how to get out of the electronic gate or any of the appliances in the house. The heating had not been put on and the house remained cold throughout. The house was dirty, especially the fridge, ovens and microwave which is not good if you want to cook. The carpets are stained and the whole house looks uncared for. The thermostat in the shower in the largest bedroom was not working properly and subsequently the water was scolding. Some of the other showers ran cold after a few minutes. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay as we had looked forward to getting together. As I had booked this I felt bad the entire time and kept apologising to everyone for the poor standard of accommodation.

1) The host is extremely nice, let us have early check-in and late arrival and was very quick at responding to questions.
2) The living room and games room are SUPERB! we spent our entire time apart from dinner in this space and it was so fun- also the LED chandelier was a big hit!
3) The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were fab
4) There are baby goats in the field in-front of the house which was the best surprise!
The inside speakers were broken so we had to play music off of the TV which was a shame
The cleanliness in the downstairs bedroom and the living room could have been better as there were quite a few cobwebs and lots of dust on the surfaces

It was a spacious house. Great set of japanese knives in the kitchen. Bathrooms clean. pool table. ovens.
It was like the builders had just moved out dropped everything and gone. The downstairs carpets were dirty and stained really revoulting. One person had bed bug bites. Water temperature not contolable on one shower scalding hot.
Very dangerous entrance right on the dual carriageway. Garden weedy with funiture all over the place. Broken speakers on terrace. Old t shirt left in garden. Hose pipe lying across the terrace. Backdoor not lockable as an extension lead was running to the shed at the back. Beds and pillows hard and uncomfortable. Tv remotes all over the place with no batteries. Sky remote but no sky. No instructions on the projector, unusable. Kitchen items un matched, about 6 wine glasses, mixture of plates. It was like it had been a job lot from a car boot sale. Wine fridge had 2 botles of old drink left in and was turned off. We turned it on and it just stayed at 23 degrees. Fridge was either too warm or froze everything.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Pine in Bournemouth! The house was even better than we expected – spacious, spotless, and perfect for a group getaway. With 6 bedrooms, a pool table, and loads of room to relax, it really felt like a home away from home. Everything was exceptionally clean and well looked after, which made it so easy to settle in and enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay in Bournemouth – we’ll definitely be booking again!

The goats, the spacious living room.
We booked The Pines for a birthday celebration with three families, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised.
The listing mentioned air conditioning and fans, but only one downstairs room had AC, and there was just a single fan for the entire house. This made the nights uncomfortably hot.
Basic amenities were missing, no toiletries, and even essential kitchen items like knives were not provided.
Most concerning was a leak from the upstairs toilet into the kitchen, raising serious hygiene concerns.
The outdoor bins were overflowing when we arrived and remained that way throughout our stay, despite being told they would be emptied shortly. I am unable to attach the video of the leakage here.
The property did not match the listing.

Very spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large lounge with great pool table. Huge patio and garden, shame the weather during our stay wasn’t good enough to BBQ. Sweet little goats at bottom of garden area (fenced off) were a bonus. Good central location to reach places to visit. Plenty of parking.
House is located on a busy road and with windows open the traffic noise was a little loud at night.

Lots of space for a party of 9. Pool table was well used and facilities good. Beds were very comfy. Lots of outside space & cute goats over the fence.
Host helped with some tech info & communication prior to stay very good.
Lots of space for parking
No access to gym. Very limited supply of towels & toilet paper.
Also no basic supplies like salt/pepper/tea etc or dishwasher tablets!
Could’ve brought our own if I had been aware.
Access from the main road very short from a fast dual carriageway.
House was also too warm but we did have exceptional weather for March.
Shower temperature hard to control in some of the bathrooms with water too hot
