Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude. Kleine, schmucke Terrasse. Ruhige Lage und keine Nebengeräusche im Haus. Gute Betten. Fernseher im WoZi und SchlaZi. Sauberes, modernes Bad/Dusche/Toilette.
Die Küche war unvollständig. Es fehlen z.B. ein Salatbesteck, Eierkocher. Nudelseier. Keine Spülmaschine. Der allgemein nutzbare Staubsauger aus dem Technikraum "stinkt" im Betrieb. Es fehlen Handschaufel und Handbesen. Ein Schrubber und Putzlappen, Eimer. Keine Microwelle vorhanden.

Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und bin absolut zufrieden. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und auch die Fotos sind zutreffend. Die Lage ist ruhig und Ausstattung und Sauberkeit entsprechen den Erwartungen. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen.
Die rechte Matratze ist durchgelegen und müsste mal erneuert werden.
