New! Apartment Aenona 200m from the beach, Nin

The host was very nice and friendly, we found the apartment and keys easily based on her clear instructions. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable with a very warm design and great location. The grocery shop is only 5 minutes away. We visited the Queen Beach which was a very nice beach with children. It was peaceful with a little bar where they served some fast food items as well. We could rent a pedal boat and do other water activities in the shallow water and also play in the mud what apparently is a healing mud. The apartment is located in a quiet holiday home area, there are not too many restaurants near by, but you can easily walk to the city center for nice food and vibes. Overall we loved it a lot, we will come back again :)

The apartment is very close to Queen's Beach (10 minutes on foot). It is well-equipped (with AC, dishwasher and washing machine), modern and has a large balcony with a view of the sea and the mountains behind it. Ideal size for one or two persons.

The apartment would need some maintenance. The window in the bedroom could not be closed properly, started to fall out. There was mold in the bathroom next to the shower. When the coffee machine is turned on, water flows from all over it.

Good location near Queens beach (few minutes walk). Clean and cozy apartment. Nice parking spot. Grocery shop is nearby as well as a bakery and a restaurant. Nice balcony and the AC works well. Bedroom has no AC, but a good fan. They allowed a late checkout which was really helpful.

Lots of small things did not work, nothing too bad. All the appliances, wifi, TV, microwave oven etc. were unplugged. I spent a lot of time on a holiday connecting things and troubleshooting. The coffee machine did not work (though it was replaced quickly by the host). There was a washing machine, but no washing liquid. Dishwasher was not working. Most TV channels were not working, which was frustrating. There was some antenna that was disconnected and again I spent a lot of time trying to get the channels to work, but gave up.
