Wonderful quiet village. Property has lovely views all the way to the sea. Lots of character and charm to accommodation. Very well equipped and plenty of space.

This place in Villa de Arico is honestly one of the most exceptional, beautiful, and charming houses I’ve ever stayed in. You can feel the love and attention to detail in every single corner — it’s clear that everything was thought through so carefully. There was nothing missing. Alicia was an amazing host — incredibly kind, welcoming, and always there to help with any questions. She made the whole experience even more special. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the BBQ area was fantastic, and everything was spotless and beautifully prepared. The pool and the view were absolutely stunning. The garden has beautiful fruit trees and fresh herbs. I could go on and list a hundred more things I loved about this place. The location is also lovely for hiking and climbing in the surrounding area, which makes it ideal if you love being active and exploring nature. There are also a few small, very down-to-earth but excellent restaurants nearby that add to the authentic charm of the place. Even the people in the village were so friendly and genuine, which made the stay feel even more unique and special. I would recommend this place 100% — it’s truly something special. ‘La Tunera’ is a nice and clean holiday home with three spacious bedrooms. All the basics such as herbs and spices, tea, soaps, shampoos, coffee makers, strainers, graters, etc., are generously provided – just like at home. There is a cozy, large garden with several levels, herbs, beautiful flowers, and many different kinds of fruit trees, with plenty of spots to sit and relax. You can choose your view: the sea, the mountains, or the garden. The house is located in a quiet village, and there is always parking available. It’s wonderful to come back to, and you can immediately cool off in the swimming pool or under the outdoor shower – absolutely delightful. The pool keeps itself very clean thanks to a saltwater filtration system, which is very pleasant – no chlorine at all. If you walk out of the village just around the corner and head uphill, you’re instantly surrounded by nature, where several walking trails are marked. The owner, Alicia, is very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp, responding quickly and efficiently.

Es handelt sich um mehrere schöne Fachwerkhäuser. Hier kann man locker mit sechs Leuten gut unterkommen. Die Küche und ein separates Bad sind in einem anliegenden Fachwerkhaus. Alisa ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sie steht einem immer mit lokalen Tipps zur Seite.
