Summit 1B - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section

We loved the location. Beach access was super easy. Not a crowded area and not too far from family fun activities. The space the condo offered was nice.

We didn’t like that the two smaller rooms stayed so hot- No matter what the AC was set on. Multiple plugs did not work. No tv’s in the smaller rooms- not a huge issue obviously but with multiple outlet issues charging tablets/using them as tvs for the kids wasn’t the easiest set up. Parking was tight but doable (we had a larger SUV) Kitchen island had some sort of line under it with exposed wires. Small Bathroom sink didn’t drain- clearly clogged. Master room closet doors were broken. Balcony door didn’t fully lock from living room. Door to unit would lock but would start to push open even if deadbolt was locked. Overall the price for the size of the unit and a week stay was great but expected a little more as far as the stuff listed above goes.

Sehr schöne Lage mit direktem Meerblick. Bei einem kleinen technischen Problem war die Hilfe des Vermieters sofort zur Stelle um zu helfen.Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen.

Great ocean view! The condo had everything we needed to make it a home away from home. We definitely want to stay again!

It could use some updates, and we had to figure out that top electrical outlets only work with certain light switches. The bottom outlets always work without needing to turn on a light switch, though. Could not turn on ceiling fan without the light also coming on, and there was no way to turn the light off separately.

Close to the beach. Parking was difficult but we made it work.
