Very comfortable feeling. My grandkids could be kids not scared they would break something fancy. So very kudos friendly room

Absolutely love the Avista, the location is perfect for families, the amenities where excellent and loved by all my grandchildren
Could definitely be cleaner, there was trash at the pool area that I saw there all week, the room we was in could have definitely been cleaned a lot better !! I misread the description on the room we was in and thought it had a washer and dryer, you would think for a 3 bedroom suite it would have had a washer/dryer. Was kinda bummed about that. But I should have paid closer attention to the details. It was not a deal breaker, but with 4 kids In the room it would have been a plus
