• No Pets: Cleaning fee of $350 for violations
• Trash: Must be bagged and placed in the trash bench by the front door for daily collection
• Parking: Up to 6 cars allowed, do not block the sidewalk or park on the street (fines apply)

• To add pool/spa heat, contact us at least a week before arrival. Pools take 24-48 hours to heat. On-arrival requests incur a $50 call-out fee plus heating costs. Pool heat is set to 83°F-86°F; spa reaches 100°F in 20-90 minutes. No adjustments or refunds for discomfort. Pool heaters shut off below 50°F to protect the pump, restarting when temperatures rise. No refunds for temperature-related shutdowns.
• General Pool rules must be followed, No lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk.

The house is beautiful. I love the parking arrangement but there is really no way to monitor. If there are guests staying on either side, especially with visitors or having parties, you wind up with nowhere to park and having to contact security. Communication with the owner was pretty good. There was a very thoughtful coffee bar set up that we loved and appreciated. The neighbors next door came in on the end of our trip and began partying until 3-4 in the morning with loud music and explicit content. I would have preferred security do a better job of addressing this and the owner when contacted. Outside of that it was a great stay.

We loved our stay in this home. We were greeted with welcome snacks and a very nice coffee station. The house is very spacious and comfortable! We had a party of 16. Each couple was able to have a separate bedroom with a king bed. The kids also had spacious rooms and they absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and the game room.
The location is ideal for day trips to the various Orlando Parks. The checkout procedures were simple (we have stayed in places with a 20-step checkout list). We would love to stay here again!
