Location was great.
suggest letting renters know that pre-purchased bear spray is provided. Several cans were on the shelf in the Utility room.

The beautiful mountain view and the location (in close proximity to a grocery store and pharmacy) were excellent. The kitchen and laundry room was well-supplied with extras if everything we might need. The balcony was a plus - a nice place to have coffee outside in the morning. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable with nice, clean linens. Both bathrooms were very clean and well-stocked with nice soaps, shampoos, and plenty of towels.
The queen bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable because it sinks in the middle and was the biggest disappointment. The furniture in the living room, specifically the couch and coffee table, were not in good repair (the left arm of the couch is broken and the coffee table is very scratched). The kitchen cabinet doors were sticky (just hadn’t been cleaned properly) and the kitchen sink faucet mounting was loose.
