Tesisin merkeze yakınlığı ve araç park sorunu olmaması en büyük avantajdı. Ayrıca iki farklı yatak odası oluşu da kanepe gibi rahatsız ortamda uyumadan rahat etmemizi sağladı. İkinci katta olmasına rağmen asansörünün oluşu da avantajdı. Çamaşır makinesi ve ütü gibi olanaklarda konaklamada yardımcı oldu.
Mutfak eşyaları yetersizdi, bulaşık makinesi yoktu. Bazı çatal bıçak gibi malzemeler temiz değildi.
