The apartment was clean, decently updated with some extras that were very nice -detergent for the washer, etc. The pool was nice and clean and the lake area was well kept.
The apartment needed some deep cleaning and paint touchups. The blind in my room was broken. Being built on a hill, the parking was atrocious, slick with rain and slanted toward the apartments. It would be quite hard for a disabled person to navigate the parking or go to the pool based on the slope.

The pool area was spectacular & the view of the lake
The food, one of the bar maidens was not very friendly
Our room looked very very old. Dirty along the floor wall. The bed was old & creaky. Our door wouldn’t unlock & then there times it wouldn’t lock. Very frustrating. We wanted to move the couch so we could sit to look out at the view but the table was so heavy my husband & I couldn’t move it. The ice machine as empty for 2 days. Our air conditioner was extremely loud & toilet would’ve flush completely. Those 2 items did get fixed.
Wasn’t very happy over all. I gave a score of 7-8 only because of the pool area & lake!!! Oh & our coffee maker was old & the cover was way off center & we were afraid of breaking the pot if we tried to fix it.

The new pool is amazing
The hotel rooms need a makeover. The screen doors were ripped, hole in bathroom wall and bathtub. Very outdated. There were about 10 flies in the room when we got there.
