This apartment is amazing. I travel 9 months out of the year, and live in a lot of apartments, and by far this is one of my favorite apartments. The apartment is very comfortable (bed and couch), has all the necessary cooking items, a washer, walk-in closet, and enough towels, elevators, etc. It is feet away from the historic Casa Viejo, but without all the noise. As for some of the reviews about the neighborhood. It is totally fine. I am a solo female traveler and never had any concerns the whole week, this includes evening and early morning walks.. The apartment building itself is completely remodeled, and (yes) the buildings around the area are more "local." If you have any concerns there are always police stationed within feet of the apartment and throughout Casa Viejo - truly is a very safe area. Also, the rooftop pool is great with stunning views of the water and skyline. Lastly, the building has secure access with 24 hr staff. The staff are super friendly and always willing to assist. I absolutely loved staying here. The host is easy to contact (use WhatsApp), and they helped facilitate my airport pick-up. Wifi is great too.

The apartment itself is amazing. However, the entry door to the apartment building is very heavy and there is one large step into the building. This is just an FYI for anyone with some mobility concerns.
