Sunset Suite Experience - Terrace

- not very close to the city center, but an enjoyable walk up the hill or parallel with the river for about 20min (or one could take the bus) - new, modern and extremely clean apartment; simply loved the enormous windows in both rooms, they gave plenty of day light - the sofa and the bed were both comfortable; excellent walk-in shower - well equipped kitchen if you have time to cook; the Mercadona supermarket is in the same building so extremely convenient - plenty of storage space, even for large suitcases - separate facility room with washing machine; nice touch as both washing machine and dishwasher had their special capsules provided - huge terrace that we enjoyed as the weather was perfect for the period; also convenient to dry your clothes - excellent wifi; tested as we stayed for almost three weeks and also worked during the time - very fast and easy checkin process; same goes for the communication with Pablo, the host; he provided a map with his favorite spots that was quite helpful

- there are a few abandoned buildings in the neighborhood, so walking during night time might feel a bit strange or uncomfortable - the living room has no shutters, so during summer time it might become hotter - a handheld vacuum cleaner would be of great help for people staying for more than a few days - same goes for a second set of sheets and towels (Pablo provided them on request and you can of course wash them during your stay, but you’ll need good weather for them to dry within the same day ;) ) - the bed is rather smaller than most places (140cm); my boyfriend is 1.95, weighting 97kg, so it was a bit challenging (Pablo promised that this is already on his improvements list)

Todo perfecto. La terraza es una gozada, el edificio es nuevo, estancias amplias, todo limpísimo.

Pablo sempre muito atencioso. Apartamento excelente com todas as comodidades e ótima localização.

Nada a apontar. Simplesmente perfeito.

En general todo el apartamento, comodidad, atención por parte de Pablo y tener parking en el propio edificio.
