Cosy 2 chambres Père-Lachaise

La posizione fantastica sia per vicinanza della metro che per i supermercati e locali. Appartamento arredato di nuovo e molto confortevole. Essendo a piano terra su una corte interna, l’appartamento è rimasto abbastanza fresco nonostante le temperature altissime dei giorni trascorsi a Parigi. Sono presenti comunque tre ventilatori.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, aggiungerei un climatizzatore e deumidificatore perché il bagno, essendo senza finestre, rilascia un po’ di umidità sulle camere.

Muito bem localizado, com padarias e supermercados e restaurantes excelentes super próximos. Bairro muito tranquilo, estação de metrô a poucos passos do apartamento. Nicolas sempre disponível para ajudar e tirar quaisquer dúvidas sobre tudo.

Location, location, location! Bars, restaurants, bakery and supermarket just near the property. The subway station is just across the road. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean, two separate bedrooms plus living room. We had complimentary coffee for the coffee machine (capsules). We also loved the interior. There are heaters if you are cold and fans if you are too hot, a hairdryer and also WiFi. Very helpful and friendly host.

You might be this type of person that gets annoyed by the noise of the passing subway near the property, but we had not problem with that, as the location is worth it this minor “inconvenience”. :)

Posizione comodissima accanto alla metro, quartiere molto carino e tranquillo. Appartamento curato e comodo. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentilissimo.

La pulizia non era impeccabile in alcuni punti ma rispetto alla media di Parigi è comunque ottimo. Si sente leggermente il rumore della metro che passa sotto ma non è una cosa estremamente fastidiosa.
