Mercini was AWESOME! Even tho we had some disruptions, she made everything just GREAT.
Thank you for your speedy service with the repairs Irene. And giving us options too.
I only had one concern, it was the way the repair man addressed me. I told him that he needs to take up the repair with you. He was of the thinking we broke it when his repair was not sound.
Other then that, I would definitely use your facilities again.
One recommendation: For longer stay customers to have available washing machine for them to do their own laundry.
I would rather do my own, as well..

The room was very clean. Our host sent check-in instructions before arrival and the check-in process was very easy. I would like thank Ralph & Irene for the mini ouzo and thyme gift. The place is very close to Agios Isidoros beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Plomari. If you request they provide beach towel for free. The room has a mini kitchen. Decoration was very modern. A free parking place is near the beach. You can park your car here. Actually you should park here because there is not any other available place :)
We stayed at Room 1 and the noise of street was very disturbing :( It is not possible to sleep if the window is not closed. Also, the air conditioner is quite close to bed.
