I really liked the location of the property as it was a step away from access to local eatery, gym, grocery and other activities that I was involved in. Ate Tess was also very welcoming and always ready to give directions.
It was sometimes inconvenient to get the keys to unlock the gate, especially when it is raining. But I prefer having the gate rather than not having one at all. Also I did find someone opens the gate during day time if they see or observe you at the gate.

The staff was fantastic. I really enjoyed everything in the local area. The mall is a 2 minute ride away to accommodate all your shopping needs. There are many sari sari shops right outside the gate on the same road.
The noise of vehicles on the roadway made it impossible for me to sleep longer than two hours. After many days of no sleep I had checked out early and I could not stay there happily any longer.
