La piscina exterior es molt xula.
L'apartament sembla una cosa improvitzada feta a trossos, hi ha desgast visible en el mobiliari, dutxa, sofà, formigues, olors d'humitat... Res greu, res de salut pública, pero costa molt sentir-s'hi com a casa. Entenc que la piscina privada es un gran factor del preu i al final es el.que pagues. Per tal com està, crec que el preu hauria se ser un 25-35% més baix. Amb una reforma seriosa no sabria greu pagar +15%. La porta sembla molt poc robusta, i una de lea claus que et donen és torta i dificulta la obertura.
