Dobre wyposażanie mieszkania i lokalizacja. Dobrze, że był parking podziemny.
Garnki i opiekacz z bardzo uszkodzoną powierzchnią, co jest rakotwórcze i nie powinny być wystawiane do użycia. Zbyt miękkie materace. Bardzo bolał od nich kręgosłup. Pomogło przeniesienie się na twardą kanapę. Wąski garaż podziemny - czasem trudno było wymanewrować. Słaby widok z balkonu oraz głośno od basenu.
