Cozy renovated designer appartment with special price winter 2026

Nice and modern apartment with all amenities one needs. Rooms are spacious. The kitchen and living room are separated yet nicely connected. The apartment is advertised as cozy, and that is exactly what we found it to be. The biggest asset is undoubtedly the great views. You can enjoy lovely views whilst having breakfast at the kitchen table or relaxing in the sofa in the living room. There is 2 balconies. The larger one offers a 180 degrees panorama view both over the beautiful landscape and hilly surroundings as well as parts of the town, which is a unique combination. Wi-Fi connection was very good (in all rooms). There are 2 grocery stores at walking distance (a smaller supermarket downtown and a large grocery store just outside town), which is very convenient particularly for longer stays. We stayed for 3 days including Saturday/Sunday with regular car trips, and there was always (free) parking available in front of the apartment building. We very much appreciated the location of the apartment. Dogliani is at the very south of the wine regions in Piedmont, and may not be marketed as a must visit town in the area like Barolo or La Morra but do not be mistaken it is a surprisingly nice place with a charming old town. The apartment itself is in a great spot. It is only a 5 minutes walk to the town center but even more importantly the apartment lies on the north end, and you are literally only a few blocks away from the great countryside Piedmont has to offer. Exit the apartment to your right, walk down the street, make another turn to the right, continue your way uphill for less than 1 km and you end up surrounded by vineyards in a beautiful scenery. A walk here is a must! Communication with the host/owner went smooth and easy. We were also offered a late check out.

There is no air conditioning available, but there are 2 separate ventilators and all windows have electric roller shutters which also helps to keep away the heath. It was 25-27 degrees whilst we were there and we did not find the lack of air conditioning to be an issue. It might be if temperatures are considerably higher.

i liked everything from this appartment . kitchen , living area ,balcony and all other thing . the host lady was very helpfull and flexible . the lighting in the house is very good selected to make nice evening moods

La posizione, host simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo, appartamento grande, confortevole e ben arredato.

Temperatura esterna già sottozero e riscaldamento (condominiale) non adeguatamente efficace.

L’appartamento era in condizioni igieniche veramente scarse. Polvere ovunque. Anche l’arredamento o le porte / porta di ingresso davvero da sostituire. Maniglie che si staccavano, luci praticamente inesistenti o talmente tenui da costringerci al buio. Non parlano bene italiano ed è stato quindi difficile capirsi. Il costo di 100€ per le lenzuola e 50€ per gli asciugamani ci è sembrato davvero folle per una notte - nemmeno dovessero poi regalarcele. Meglio dare la possibilità alle persone di portare la biancheria da casa se devono addebitare questo costo per lenzuola dure dell ikea.

Verten (som også var norsk) glemte at vi skulle komme så vi slet med å komme inn, men det endte godt og verten gjorde alt han kunne for å gjøre det godt igjen. Svært hyggelig.
