Joy's Villas

A modern villa offering a sense of seclusion and tranquility, yet with plenty of space for lively days by the pool. There is a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor areas. The spacious poolside terrace offers both a lovely view and privacy from the other villas in the complex. Our only regret was the rainy weather, which meant we couldn't fully enjoy everything the villa has to offer.

This is a high quality villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were great, and there were modern bathrooms and living space. We were provided with fresh towels and an offer of cleaning every few days through the stay, we had a welcome basket of local products and one day a lovely surprise of ice creams in the freezer. We appreciated the supply of washing and dishwasher tablets as it meant not buying in bulk for what would only be an 11 night stay. The pool and pool area was also spot on. Couldn’t fault our stay, thank you

Joys Villas was absolutely perfect. The villa was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a great location in a lovely, quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was very well thought out and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property. If we had to mention one very minor thing, the position of the villa meant that later in the day the sun was behind you while you were in the pool, but this was such a small thing and didn’t affect our stay at all.

We had a great couple of days at villa no2.! Communication was easy with good instructions about check in etc. The location was perfect for us with nice beaches nearby and a couple of supermarkets. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived with a nice welcome pack waiting. The main bedroom with ensuite and access to the pool was downstairs which was good for us with a twin and a double bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and one with a really nice balcony. The pool area was really nice with lots of seating, a great big table and a covered area if you need some shade. Overall this is a great place to stay the villa is really new and modern and in a great location. We have stayed in lots of different villas/hotels in this part of Crete and this is our new favourite.
