Lage, Abwicklung und Atmosphäre sind toll. In der Nähe befindet sich eine günstige Tiefgarage, zu Fuß (15-20 Min.) und mit dem Bus (5 Min.) ist das Stadtzentrum leicht erreichbar.

Das Bett ist auf einer Seite etwas durchgelegen und bräuchte vermutlich eine neue Matratze. Einige Kleinigkeiten fehlen in der Küchenausstattung (Weingläser etc.).

great location, close to the centre, with public transport you can go anywhere. very nice studio apartment, clean, the hosts were kind and flexible. you can cook, wash, or just hang out at home, etc. a nice little grocery (ALDI) is close by.

some appliances didn't work, by foot everything (the city centre, the sea) is very far away.

8月に仕事で1週間滞在しましたが、最高の滞在でした。文句なしです。強くお勧めします！ 部屋は清潔で、広くて、静かで、Wifiも高速です。最上階なので明るくて、朝はすごく良い気分でした。 冷蔵庫、食器洗い機、オーブン、洗濯機、トースター、アイロン、テレビなどがあり全部綺麗でした。 あと他にも食器、調味料、調理器具、物干しスタンド、掃除用具、毛布、枕の替え、ルームフレグランス等々、生活に必要なものは全てそろっていると思います。 個人的には、洗面台の者が置けるスペースが広いところと、キッチンの棚に置いてあったレシピ本が気に入りました。 レセプションのスタッフは英語が達者でフレンドリーで、かつ経験豊富な感じがしました。 チェックインはよくシステム化されていて、口頭での説明に加えてWhatsappメッセージでもやり取りしてくれるので、英語が得意でない人も安心できると思います。 周辺は治安が良く、近くにスーパーが沢山あって便利です。 歩いて2分の場所に素敵な公園があり、レストランやバーも周辺に沢山あったので、そこも良かったです😄 観光地というよりは、現地民が暮らしているエリアって感じでした。 駅からは歩いて20分以上かかりますが、道中に急な坂や段差もないのでLサイズのスーツケースを引いて行っても大変ではなかったです。

Appartamento bello, luminoso e ben tenuto, personale preparato e molto cortese, posizione buona.

Purtroppo manca il parcheggio x l'auto e quì a Trieste è veramente fondamentale. Il prezzo sarebbe giusto se vi fosse stato un posto auto. La sera giravamo x il quartiere anche 30/40 minuti prima di trovare un parcheggio, l'ultima sera addirittura 65 minuti!!! Spero che possiate integrare presto un posto auto nelle vicinanze (anche a pagamento)... 😉👌
