I stayed for 1 night and it was clean and comfortable and walking distance to the DMK airport so that was great.
I couldn’t lock my door, which made me uncomfortable when I left for food but I guess for 1 night it was sufficient. If I stayed longer I would not be as happy.

Walkable to DMK in 10 minutes - mostly covered from the rain. Good staff when I was there. Food nearby. Clean enough. Hot shower. Ear plugs provided if you are sensitive to street noise.
Breakfast is coffee and toast - not much, but more than nothing. Stairs only - if you need an elevator there is not one. Before COVID this would have been a $10 room. I guess all of Bangkok has inflated. But by walking you save more than you'd spend on a taxi by spending a tiny bit more on a room.

Location was fine, very easy to eat on the street. Breakfast was not included in the very reasonable price. Drinks were available, in the lobby, not the room
Stairs were narrow, a little tricky to negotiate with a heavy bag. However, the person in charge varrid my bag up without being asked.
