2-BR Condo for 4 in Dumaguete

The apartment was ok, had a nice clean smell, though it was a little smaller than expected. Older design with (noisier) Aircon units built into the wall in both bedrooms, rather than having an air unit on the wall and the compressor on the roof or similar. The host was good with communication and responsive to questions. The pool area was nice and the gym was functional for a daily workout (air conditioned) In the local area there were some nice restaurants all within walking distance, but you will need transport to get around further. Security was very strict (also see below dislikes) and we felt safe within the complex.

Security - Very strict with armed security guards everywhere but we felt safe which is a positive.... too strict for our liking, huge car park which was empty and we could not park a motorcycle, unless we pat ₱450 per day! (Never heard of this) No scheduled cleaning of the apartment unless you pay ₱500 per clean and ₱100 for new linen.

Nice facilities, comfy beds and so clean

I just don't like the smell from the outside (the floor we're at) maybe some are cooking food from other units but it entered in our place and the smell/stench stays there even if the exhaust is on

Only one smoking area with no shade or seating

近くにレストランや売店があり、トライシクルも捕まえやすく便利でした。また、警備員の方も親切でフレンドリーでした。テレビのリモコンの電池が切れており使えなかった際はすぐに対処してくれて助かりました。

ときどき、上の部屋？からビー玉のようなものを転がす音が響いて気になった。
