    Wish I could stay longer but for sure next time, we will definitely go back! Rooms are spacious and clean! :) excellent stay! Hopefully soon they will add more facilities like a separate pool for guests to use!

    As someone who travels the Philippines alot, one of the things i most admire is when you are greeted with a smile, whether it be the doorman, the receptionist, the room staff, or the dining staff. I think we had 2 smiles out of the dozen or so staff we came across. So that was disappointing. No warm and friendly greeting on check in or check out. The rooms are not cleaned properly. We found a inch of dust and hairs under the bar fridge when we went to plug it in (another negative as we were hoping for some cool water on arrival) Hair on the floor, soap scum on the shower screens also on arrival. It really put us off eating there. as you wonder what the kitchen is like. I had asked for a quiet room on my booking, and was given a room adjacent to the lift. So as well as the busy motor bike traffic on the adjacent main road. it made for little sleep. Also there were people dragging tables around at 3am. There is no shuttle service offered to Malls. Hardly any toiletries given. This hotel really lacks attention to detail, and frankly is overpriced in comparison to ther budget hotels in Angeles City.
