Chambre calme vue jardin

The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood, commuting to the Orly airport and to downtown Paris is very quick and convenient. There are a number of small stores in the vicinity to buy food. The host keeps the place very clean.

The kitchen is a shared area with another tenant. But in reality, over our four nights at the premises, we hardly ever ran into the neighbor, so we basically had everything at our disposal.

Location was a quiet residential area. The garden view was nice. Instructions how to access were clear.

The kitchen could be better equipped, with more cups/glasses/bowls/wooden spoons/some tea bags/proper salt & pepper available. It felt very much like the absolute minimum, also in the bathroom. The windows in the room can only be opened a little bit which is not ideal, but I understand that it’s done for security purposes.

This is my honest review of this property. Lovely and quiet area. It had a usable kitchen. Great communication from host. Perfect instructions on how to get there with maps, bus and train numbers and costs. A very helpful host and it is so much appreciated. We were able to find supermarket to buy supplies. Very nice lady, would love to have met.

It would have been good to meet our host. It was quiet except for the squeaky floor boards. I know its an older property. Other guests used most of the fridge space. Our bathroom was quite small and off the shared kitchen, not the most ideal.

Nothing specific, though the Locking system could be made simpler.

Gli host sono stati sempre disponibili e la camera era ben riscaldata.

Poco prima del check in ci è stato inviato un messaggio contenente le indicazioni per entrare e quali fossero i servizi a nostra disposizione. Ci è stato indicato che la cucina sarebbe stata in condivisione, cosa non specificata al momento della prenotazione. Al momento dell'arrivo, ci è stata mostrata la camera, la cucina e il nostro bagno privato, suddiviso in due stanze: la prima con la doccia e un minuscolo lavandino, di difficile utilizzo, e la seconda con solo il WC. Quest'ultima stanza si trovava nel sottoscala e con tubi a vista, come se fosse stata ricavata per poter dare a tutte e due le camere degli ospiti un bagno privato. Peccato che nelle foto della camera su booking il bagno che veniva mostrato era un altro: una stanza grande con tutto l'occorrente. La camera invece era identica alla foto, ma non pulitissima: abbiamo trovato delle cartacce di merendine dietro ad un baule posto all'ingresso. Nella camera era posizionato un letto, con un materasso completamente distrutto, tanto da sprofondare in alcuni punti e sentire le doghe. Inoltre vi erano due bauli impilati vecchi e impolverati, un vecchio banco di scuola e la finestra aveva un gancio protettivo per bambini che non permetteva di aprirla per più di 10cm. Molti oggetti non erano funzionanti come i due orologi e il telecomando per il condizionatore/riscaldamento in bagno. Due giorni prima della partenza ho chiesto gentilmente un phon attraverso la chat di booking e mi è stato fatto trovare al mio arrivo sulle scale, ma tutto malmesso e malformato dal calore. Ultima osservazione: una sera, mentre stavamo cucinando, è iniziato a suonare un allarme in casa, ma al piano inferiore non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere aiuto. Abbiamo dovuto cercarlo (era posto in alto sopra un mobile) e capire come spegnerlo. Penso che l'ospite debba sapere dove sia posizionato per non morire d'infarto e essere pronto per spegnerlo.

El baño no era el de las fotos, era muy pequeño y casi no podías ni moverte, el suelo al ser madera hacía muchísimo ruido al pisar. No compartíamos baño se supone, pero los huéspedes que habían si lo usaban y el primer día, compartimos baño con otro huésped más

Que la salle de bain w.c ne soit pas dans la chambre, draps housses de très mauvaise qualité ☹️ Et l’odeur d’humidité à l’entré de la maison
