100% would stay here again and recommend. Solo female traveller and felt very safe and secure. Hosts were very attentive and answered all questions, the location is so good. 10-15 min walk to Central Park, 10-15 min walk to Times Square. So many food spots around, easy metro access. I didn’t meet any of the other guests during my stay, having your own lockable space is so ideal.
Only negative is if staying in the downstairs area then you have to go upstairs to use the shower facilities. Would be great if they can somehow get a shower in the downstairs bathroom.

Everything! Location, cleanliness, easy access. It was my first time booking a room with a shared bathroom and we didn’t have any issues! We did not saw other guests for the whole stay.

Good location. Relatively clean.
Noisy during the night because of other resident(s) moving around upstairs at 2 & 3 am in morning. Very steep spiral staircase almost impossible with a large bag and quite dangerous if you're older - they should make that clear in description. Main heater in bedroom wasn't working and place was freezing when I checked in.
