Luxury Seaview Studio Apartment -RAK Marjan Island

Lovely apartment right next to the beach with awesome bath tub.

Gostei da propiedad! de primeira vista, quero parabenizar quem responde pelo design do studio, muito lindo! A cama, eu quero registrar aqui: a cama mais confortável que ja encontrei ate hoje! Parabéns a acomodação por isso. Uma cozinha que atende as necessidades caso queira cozinhar algo. O banheiro bem elaborado em sua decoração com direito a uma banheira que infelizmente nem usei.

Nao tinha agua quente no chuveiro e nem na opção de encher a banheira. O que me fez nao usar a banheira que é linda e com vista para o quarto e parecia ser super confortável. A porta que da acesso a varanda pede manutenção. Estava quebrada e era preciso usar um talher para fazer forca e abrir. Ja tinha ate sinais de outros hóspedes fazerem isso para ter acesso a varanda. Tive uma pequena espera na recepção para acessar o quarto, pois ainda nao tinha o numero do quarto nem o andar, tambem acabei achando baratas no quarto.

Price was good. Location was nice. Easy to access. Hostess was great in responding to our concerns and assisting with checking in. First time using a privately owned accommodation. Pool was nice and so was the work out rooms. Tennis courts looked really good. All on the rooftop. The residents there were nice and loved the restaurants, store and pharmacy located on the premises. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful view from balcony of the sea and waves 🌊. Elevators working properly. Full size refrigerator. Strong WiFi. TV with premium services like Netflix and YouTube included. Shower 🚿 was strong and nice hot water.

Room was much smaller than we expected. Have stayed in studio apartments before but were bigger. Bed was too small for us larger people. Was a roach problem in the room. Toilet area was small. Felt cramped. The beach was nice but being man made, there were no waves or intake of fresh water. Had to walk through hot smelly parking lot to access the building. Wish there was more fresh air in the parking section. Cleaners did a decent job but not professional.

The apartment is simply lovely, really pleasant. Very well equipped. Lovely bathroom with bathtub. My wife enjoyed the massage chair a lot. The host replies swiftly to any needs. Nice pool and Jacuzzi in the building.

The beach adjacent to the building and swimming experience in the sea there is not very nice.
